The staff were great. The front desk person went out of her way to accommodate our early arrival. We were staying at the hotel because of close proximity to Mt. Sinai Medical Center and arrived on an overnight flight too early to visit our loved one at the Medical Center and too early for check in. We called the hotel and the lady answering told us to come right over and put us in a room immediately. It gave us a chance to get a couple of hours of sleep before heading to Mt. Sinai. I will never forget that kindness and also later moving us to a handicap accessible room because we needed a safer bathroom.

The rooms were lovely and the rooftop pool was also very nice. The idea of the wine hour was great.

The hotel provided many extras like free beach chairs and bikes to use.They also had a shuttle bus which happily dropped us around town. It was close to amenities and had a fabulous Italian restaurant downstairs. They also had a nightly free happy hour to encourage guests to mingle.

The cleanliness and the smell. It smelled so good, I was tempted to ask staff what they use so I can get some for my house. Lol. I also loved the location. Although it's not a beach side hotel, it was close to all the nightlife...... restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery store, liquor store. Everything I needed.
